Elite” season 3 is set to return on Netflix and this was confirmed in October. They have been recording the new season for a few months now, and apparently the recordings are over. There is no release date yet , but fans suspect It will be in mid-2020.
Moreover, the cast of “Elite” personally confirmed the third season via a short video that they posted under the show’s official Instagram account. They also revealed that the new chapter is set to air some time in 2020.
NEW CAST
The Season 3 announcement trailer featured two new faces who are set to join the students of Las Encinas in 2020. These are Leïti Sène as Yeray and Sergio Momo as Malick.
PLOT
While Netflix has not confirmed any plot details, Season 3 is likely to spell trouble for Polo (Álvaro Rico), who, despite being arrested for the murder of Marina (María Pedraza), was shown back in school in the closing moments of the finale.
One thing we can guarantee is that Ander and Omar — or #Omander, as they're known online — won't be leaving anytime soon. The fan-favourite couple worked through a lot of their issues in season two, and it seems likely that their relationship will continue to play a big, adorable role in season 3.
